摘 要:目的为修复面神经缺损寻找一种理想的材料。方法40只大鼠随机分成去细胞异体神经移植组和自体胫神经移植组,制成面神经缺损模型,分别以去细胞异体神经和自体神经移植修复。术后5个月分别行神经电生理、再生神经及下唇肌肉免疫组化等检测。结果两组的运动功能恢复、再生神经形态及数量、神经肌肉接头重建等相似(P>0.05)。结论去细胞异体神经有可能用于修复面神经缺损。Objective To provide an ideal material for repairing facial nerve defects. Methods Forty Wistar rat were randomly and equally divided into trial group (acellular nerve allograft) and control group (fresh tibial nerve autograft). The model of nerve defect of 6 mm in length was made in mandibular division of left faeial nerve. The defects were bridged by the above-mentioned two kinds of nerve grafts respectively. Efficacy of nerve and muscle and nerve regeneration were observed by using eleetromyography, HE staining, methylene blue staining, transmission electron microscope and synaptophysin immunohistoehemieal stain on neuromuscular junction respectively at the 5th month postoperatively. Results Regenerated mic:rofascicles were distributed at the center of grafting part, a multitude of myelinated nerve fibers could be seen at the distal part and partial reconstruction of neuromuscular junction appeared in trial group. Both groups had similar results in terms of myodynamic recovery and the number of regenerative myelinated fibers (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Acellular nerve allograft may be a substitute to autograft repairing facial nerve defects.
