血小板凝胶在修复重建外科中的作用

摘　　要：目的回顾近10年来血小板凝胶(plateletgel,PG)用于修复重建外科基础和临床研究的成果。方法通过文献检索获取国内外有关PG应用于多种组织和器官病变修复重建方面的相关资料,总结分析PG在修复重建组织器官功能、形态方面的作用。结果PG含有多种生长因子,能促进皮肤、骨等多种组织再生。结论PG具有易获得、近乎天然、对多种组织的再生有促进作用特点,基础和临床研究以及临床应用将更加广泛和深入。Objective To review the information of platelet gel used in the basic and clinical research in reparative and reconstructive surgery. Methods Literature about platelet gel used on the basic and clinical research was obtained through searching medical data and Internet. The effect of platelet gel on repairing and reconstructing the function and structure of tissue and organ was analyzed. Results Platelet gel had many growth factors and had the ability to improve wound healing and regenesis of hone and other tissues. Conclusion Platelet gel is widely available and almost genuine and is able to improve regenesis of many kinds of tissues. Extensive and intensive research should be made on its clinical application.
