会厌逐瘀汤加减治疗声带小结临床观察(附385例报告)

摘　　要：我院自1980年开始应用会庆逐瘀汤治疗声带小结，近对385例完整门诊病历者作统计分析，结果发现治愈271例、好转74例、无效40例，有效率为89.6％，治愈率70.4％，并试图从中医和西医的角度分析此方剂对声带小结的治疗机理。It is for 15 years since 1980 we cure vocal nodilles with the medicinal broth,Hui yan zhu yu fluid Recently we count up 385 cases with complete medical records and the results show that 271 cases are healed,74 improved and 40 ineffective.The effective rate is 89.6% and the recovery 70.4%, Also we try to analyse the curing principle of the prescriprion from the standpoint of the western and Chinese medicine.
