摘　　要：在区域经济一体化进程中,长江三角洲竞技体育后备人才培养面临着发展中的难题,受投资主体单一及竞赛制度的制约,行政区之间各自为政、封闭运行的后备人才培养体系效益较低。开发思路:应该站在国家“奥运战略”的高度,加强区域内体育后备人才培养的合作,以发挥比较优势并提升整体竞争优势,为国家培养更多的高水平竞技体育后备人才。During the process of regional economic integration,the cultivation ot sports talent reserve faced the difficult problems in the development in Yangtze Delta. Because of singularity of investment subject and competition system restriction, administrative districts at all levels adopted measurements to bring up sports talent for each own way. In order to train more elite sports talents to back up exertion of Olympic strategy,strengthen multilateral cooperation to give fully play of comparative advantage and competitive advantage.
