摘  要:采用正交试验极差分析方法,研究了各阻尼层对7层各向异性交替层合阻尼结构阻尼性能和刚度的影响大小规律,并在此基础上就不同阻尼层材料对结构性能的影响进行探讨。结果表明:对于7层交替层合的各向异性阻尼结构而言,对结构刚度影响最大的阻尼层为第4层,对结构内耗值大小与频率范围和温度范围影响最大的阻尼层分别为第2层和第6层;结构内耗的温频特性与各阻尼层材料及其厚度密切有关,一般第2层越厚,其内耗的频率特性越好。The influencing laws of the damping layers on damping characteristics and stiffness of the seven layer alternately laminated anisotropic damped structures were studied with range analysis of orthogonal experiment method, and the influence of different damping layers on the structural characteristics was investigated based on the laws. The maximal influencing damping layer on the structural stiffness was the fourth layer. The maximal influencing damping layers on the values, frequency range and temperature range of internal friction were the second layer and sixth one respectively. The structural temperature and frequency characteristics of internal friction kept close relation to the damping materials and their thicknesses. In general, thicker the second layer, better the frequency characteristic of the loss factor.
