摘 要:红外加热用多晶矿化黑陶瓷红外辐射涂料耐火温度达1790℃以上,法向全发射率ε_n大于0.90。它能涂抹于炉窑内衬耐火砖表面,起抗高温气流冲刷、侵蚀,提高炉窑使用寿命和节能等多种效果。已大量成功地应用于各种加热炉、均热炉、退火炉和锅炉等。Polycrystalline black ceramics plaster for infrared heating is a newly developed product in Shanghai Institute of Ceramics. The plaster can withstand high temperature up to 1790°C and its normal total emissivity is more than 0. 9. It can be used as inner layer on the wall of furnaces and stoves to protect refractory bricks from action and corrosion of the high temperature gases in the combustion chamber of furnaces. The plaster efficiently improves lifetime and thermal efficiency by saving energy of furnaces as it has been experienced in some metallurgical and petroleum works such as heating furnaces,annealing ovens and boilers.
