摘　　要：采用电子自旋共振及红外光谱技术,从分子水平上研究了不同配方体系的硫化胶,在疲劳和磨耗时,网络结构的断裂、氧化、再化合等力学反应历程和动力学,并建立了数学模型,为轮胎配方优化提供了科学依据。Various prescription series of vulcanized rubber have been studied on molecular level with electron spin resonance and infra-red spectrum technique. Under fatigue and wear conditions their net-structure's breaking, oxidizing, and chemical re-combining kinetics and mechanical reaction mechanisms have been put into research, and a mathematical model has been set up ,thus providing a scientific basis for the optimization of tyre prescription.
