摘　　要：改革开放使我国确立了市场经济体制,并且取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就。目前存在的主要问题是计划经济的传统桎梏依然存在,审批经济尚在流行,民营经济的市场准入空间不足。促进市场深化,扩大民营范围,缩小南北差距,打破传统的国家垄断和行业垄断的界限,是摆在我们面前的重要历史任务。The policy of reform and opening up establishes a market economy in our country, and it also attracts worldwide attention to its great achievements. But some problems are still left unresolved, for instance, traditional shackles of planned economy still exist, the examination and approval economy is not popularized, and the accessible space of the private economy is limited. So we should tackle the problems, such as advancing the deepening of the market, enlarging the scopes of the private economy, shortening the disparity between the north and the south, and breaking the bounds of the traditional state monopoly and industrial monopoly.
