门控心血池显像对32例正常人心室功能测定

摘　　要：利用放射性核素平衡法门电路心血池显像对３２例正常人的左右心室进行显像，得出左右心室功能有关参数的正常参考值并与国内报道值作了比较和分析，与年龄、心率、左右心室ＥＦ值进行了相关性分析。The values of peak filling rate(PFR),Peak emptying rate(PER),PFR/PER,1/3FR and 1/ 3ER, from 32 health adults during undergoing grated cardiac blood pool imaging by radionuclide balancing method were determined. The results showed that age was negatively correlated with PFR,PER, PFR/PER but weakly positively correlated with 1/3FT and 1/ 3ER. Hear·rate(HR ),left ventricular ejection fraction(LEF)and right ventricular ejection fraction(REF)positively correlated with PFR and PER weakly positively correlated with PFT/PER,1/3FR and1/3 ER. The study results provided preliminary normal standards for evaluation of ventricular function by grated cardiac blood pool imaging in Kunming area.
