摘　　要：本文论述了超微电动机的发展概况、制造技术以及超微静电电机的工作原理和结构特点。文中还对超微电动机的应用前景进行了展望。The paper presents the development and manufacturing technique of IC-processed micro-motor,and also its wording principle and structural features.The paper also discusses the application prospects of the motor,so as to draw the interests of technical persons to this high technology.
