汽疗、膝关节松动术、肌力训练综合治疗老年膝关节骨关节炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察汽疗、膝关节松动术、肌力训练综合治疗老年膝关节骨关节炎的疗效。方法将60例膝关节骨关节炎的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,治疗组采用汽疗、膝关节松动术、肌力训练治疗;对照组采用汽疗、微波、电脑中频疗法。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论汽疗、膝关节松动术、肌力训练综合治疗老年膝关节骨关节炎可获得满意的治疗效果。Objective To discuss the curative effect of knee osteoarthritis （KOA） treated with vapor therapy joint mobilization and muscle strength exercise. Methods 60 cases of KOA patient were divided into two groups randomly, treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. Curative effects were observed and compared. The patients in treatment group were taken vapor therapy, joint mobilization and muscle strength exercise. The patients in control group were taken vapor therapy, microwave electromie intermediate frequency. The standard curative effect of assessment was made in both groups. Results The curative effective rate was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Vapor therapy, joint mobilization and muscle strength exercise were satisfied effective for treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
