摘 要:目的:探讨首针效应对糖尿病心理性胰岛素抵抗患者胰岛素注射依从性的影响。方法:将80例心理性胰岛素抵抗患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组40例采用一般健康教育方法;试验组40例采用糖尿病知识强化教育、首针注射后阶梯型训练2周的教育方法。比较两组患者首针注射情况、首针注射后2周及1年后患者心理抵抗情况、注射2周后技术考核达标情况、随访1年后患者用药依从性情况。结果:实验组首针注射成功率高于对照组,胰岛素抵抗程度较对照组明显下降,技术考核达标率、1年后胰岛素注射依从性明显高于对照组。结论:糖尿病知识强化教育后良好的首针效应能够提高心理性胰岛素抵抗患者胰岛素注射的依从性。Objective:To probe into the obeying effect of the first injection for the Diabetes Psychology Insulin Resistance(PIR)accepted the treating of Insulin. Method:80 cases with psychology Insulin Resistance were randomly divided into two groups, 40cases in control group accepted general health education;40 cases in test group accepted the intensive education about Insulin, giving intensive nursing for the first injection,trained injection step by step for 2 weeks. Compared the situations of the first injection ,psychology resistance ,injection skills master after 2 weeks and injection skills master and obeying after one year between two grops. Result:The success rate of the first injection in test group were higher,there were more patients in test group passed the examination of the Insulin injection and more patients continued to injection after 1 year,so the way in test group was better than control group. Conclusion: The result shows that after intensive education for Diabetes patients and given them better first injection could improvement their obeying of insulin injection.
