摘 要:目的:规范医护人员的日常行为,改善病区环境,营造一个洁净、有序、安全、舒适的医疗环境。方法:把“五常法”即常组织、常整顿、常清洁、常规范、常自律,应用于护理管理之中,建立有关制度,人员进行分工,明确职责,并建立必要的工作流程。结果:经一年半的实施,取得了显著成效,医务人员的综合满意度由实施前58.47%提升到91.53%;病人的综合满意度由实施前的66%提升到94%,与实施前比较,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:“五常法”是一种简单、见效快的改善工作环境的方法,值得医院大力推广。Objective:To regulate the behavior of the doctors and nurses,improving the environment of the wards,to creat a clean,orderlysafety and comfortable medical circumstance. Methods: The“5S” Management was often regular organizing, neatening, cleaning, standarding and self- discipline, applied them in the nursing management to resolw the existed problems, We established several relative systems, have distributed our saffs reasonably, defined their duties and seted up essential working circuits. Result:Using “5s” management we acquired remarkable effect in and half a year, the comprehensive ratio of the staff's satisfaction rised from 58.47 % to 91. 53 % ; the comprehensive ratio of the patient's satisfaction rised from 66 % to 94 %, there was remarkable significant difference than before( P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: “5S” Management is a simple and effective measure to improve the work enviroment and deserved to be generalized in hospital.
