摘　　要：留置导尿是临床上一项常规操作,但如果操作不当,易引起泌尿系感染。所以在留置导尿护理中应注意无菌操作,保持引流管通畅。当病人恢复自主排尿功能后应及时拔除尿管,以降低医源性尿路感染的发生率。As a conventional clinical manipulation, patients underwent indwelling urinary catheter were prone to get urinary system infection because of incorrect handling. Therefore one should pay attention to aseptic manipulation in nursing care of patients accepted indwelling urinary catheter and keep drainage tube unblocked. The urinary drainage tube should be pulled out in time right after the automatic micturition function of patients was recovered so that to lower the incidence of iatrogenic urinary tract infection.
