摘　　要：从国家卫生制度改革、军队精简整编及体制改革、护理服务观念、护理服务对象及领域、护理管理模式、科技进步与高新技术、护理教育、法制观念方面综述了我军护理发展面对的挑战,并提出了应对策略。It reviewed the challenges of in China from aspects of national health military nursing development faced care system reform, the simplification, reorganization and system reform of armed forces, the concept, object, and realm of nursing service, nursing management model, progress of science and technology, nursing education and law conception. It put porward come countermeasures as well.
