摘　　要：综述了通过缓解胰岛素抵抗、促胰岛β细胞分化新生、免疫调节、基因重组等途径,抑制或减少β细胞分泌压力从而使β细胞功能得以恢复,以达到延缓和稳定糖尿病病情的作用,为治疗糖尿病提供新思路和新方法。It introduced the recovery of the function of beta - cell by in- hibiting or reducing the secretion loading of beta - cell through lessening insulin resistance, promoting the differentiation and growth of beta - cell, irnmunityregulating and gene recombination, so as to postpone or stabilizing the conditions of patients with diabetes. It provided a new thinking and new way for the treatment of diabetes mellitus.
