摘 要:提出了延长走子线棒360°的换位方案,以降低线棒股线的最高温度和股线间的最大温差,并在新安江电厂8#和5#机上作了各种不同延长长度的试验,通过试验取得了最佳延长长度情况下测出的机组在额定负荷和过负荷下股线的最高温度和股线间最大温差下降的数值,试验数据说明最佳延长360°换位长度对降低循流效果显著,并且在新安江电厂2#机上进行了推广应用。In order to decrease the maximum temperature of stator bar strands and the maximum temperature difference between strands,a new scheme of elongating the length of stator bar strand transposition with 360°is presented in this paper. Various tests with different elongation length of transposition have been done in 8# and 5# hydrogenerators in Xinaninang hydropower station,and the best scheme of elongation length was obtained by means of measuring the decreased value of maximum temperature of strands and maximum temp erature difference between strands in rated load and over load.Data showed that the best elongation of 360°transposition of stator bar could lowered the circulation current, with clear effect and then was popularized in 2# hydrogenerator in Xinanjiang hydropower station.
