摘　　要：本文针对图书馆对零次信息加工升级和开发利用的现状分析,指出了零次信息开发加工 利用的意义和目的,提出图书馆对零次信息价值开发利用模式的设想,强调图书馆对零次信息的 加工升级及其开发利用的优势,并根据信息构建理论,大胆提出了构建零次信息,以最大限度地 开发利用零次信息的价值。Aiming at the state of processing, upgrading, developing and utilizing raw information in library academic circles, it point out the significance and purpose of developing, processing and utilizing raw informarion and puts forward an assumption of the mode of library＇s developing and utilizing the value of raw informarion. It emphasizes the advantages of library＇s processing, upgrading, developing and utilizing raw informarion. According to information construction theory, it advances that we should reconstruct the structure and make best use of the value of raw information.
