摘　　要：本文介绍了国内外数字咨询服务的研究现状,分析了数字咨询服务的特征,对数字信息 咨询服务的研究发展提出了建议和对策。This paper introduces researching status about digital reference services in China and abroad, analyses its characteristics, brings forward the suggestions and measures for the development of the digital Information reference services.
