摘  要:采用镍电极电化学浸渍工艺,取代目前一直使用的真空化学浸渍工艺,用于氢镍电池、镉镍电池和锌镍电池的制造,可提高电池的工作性能和寿命,同时还可以简化生产工艺,缩短生产周期.文中介绍了采用乙醇和水混合浸渍体系,结合间歇性及相矩形脉冲电流技术,来完成镍电极电化学浸渍工艺研究的主要技术工作.该新工艺手段降低了常规电化学浸渍过程中存在的电化学极化和浓差极化,维持了浸渍溶液的平衡.该新工艺制造的镍电极其活性物质利用率、电极容量保持能力和充放电循环工作寿命均优于真空化学浸渍的镍电极.That an electrochemical impregnation process of nickel electrode is used to manufacture nickel-hydrogen batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries and nickel-zinc batteries instead of vacuum chemical impregnation process is able to improve the performance and operating life of batteries, also simplify the process and shorten the production period. This paper describes the impregnation systems mixed by alcohol and water, along with the technique of dual intermittent recurrent square pulses to complete the major technical works on the electrochemical impregnation of nickel electrode. This new process reduces the electrochemical polarization and concentration polarization in the normal electrochemical impregnation, and maintains the balance of the electrochemical impregnation solution. The nickel electrode manufactured by the new process has advantages over the nickel electrode manufactured by the vacuum chemical impregnation in the active material utilization, electrode capacity retention and charge-discharge cycle life.
