四君子汤总多糖对大鼠小肠上皮株IEC-6细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究四君子汤总多糖对大鼠小肠上皮株IEC-6细胞增殖的影响。方法:以IEC-6细胞为研究对象,采 用MTT比色法,观察四君子汤总多糖时正常及消炎痛作用下该细胞增殖的影响。结果:四君子汤总多糖不同剂量于不同 的培养时间对IEC-6细胞的生长均有促进作用,当采用消炎痛造成IEC-6细胞生长抑制模型时,四君子汤总多糖可使其 恢复至正常水平。结论:四君子汤总多糖具有促进IEC-6细胞增殖的作用,它可能通过对小肠上皮细胞增殖的影响而发 挥对肠道黏膜吸收和免疫功能的调整作用。Objective： The effect of the total polysaccharides of SJZT （SJTPS） on the proliferation of rat intestinal epithelial cell line IEC-6 was investigated. Method： IEC-6 were exposed to normal and indomethacin medium, and their proliferation were measured with MTT assay. Results： SJTPS could accelerated IEC-6 cells growth inhibition caused by indomethacin. Conclusions： SJTPS could accelerated the proliferation of IEC-6 cells. SJTSP can exert modulate funtion both in intestinal mucosa abs. rption and in immunity via the effect of intestinal epithelial cells.
