摘　　要：目的:探讨健脑片的作用机理。方法:观察健脑片对D-半乳糖所致衰老模型小鼠肝、脑匀浆及血浆中过氧化 脂质(LPO)含量,血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力的影响。结果:健脑片能明显降低糖代谢衰老模型 小鼠脑、肝匀浆及血浆中LPO水平,明显提高糖代谢衰老模型小鼠血液SOD、CAT活力。结论:健脑片具有较好的抗氧 化作用。Objective： To confer the action mechanism of Jiannao tablet. Methods： Observing the effect of Jiannao tablet on the LPO contents in plasma, liver and brain homogenate, and the SOD, CAT activity in blood of aging model mice induced by D-galactose. Result： Jiannao tablet can obviously decrease the level of LOP in plasma, brain and liver homogenate, and increase the activity of SOD, CAT in blood of aging model mice. Conclusion： Jiannao tablet has good antioxidation action mechanism.
