摘 要:为了考察腐蚀环境对构件耐久性的影响,研究了在腐蚀环境、相同应力水平下构件的疲劳性能,包括预腐蚀梁、预裂预腐蚀梁在空气环境、淡水环境、3.5%盐水环境下的腐蚀疲劳试验研究,预腐蚀梁、预裂预腐蚀梁在空气环境中静承载能力的试验研究.结果表明,构件中钢筋在锈蚀率较低的情况下,构件的静承载能力没有降低,但其构件疲劳寿命有很大程度的下降,预裂裂缝对构件局部腐蚀影响比较大.在腐蚀疲劳情况下,构件的疲劳寿命依腐蚀环境的不同而不同,在盐水环境中疲劳寿命最低.This paper discusses the fatigue performance at identical stress levels in corrosion circumstances, The paper includes corrosion fatigue research of preetching beams, presplitting and preetching beams in air circumstances, fresh water circumstances, and 3.5 percent salt water circumstances. Static bearing capacity research of preetching beams is also included. Results show that the static bearing capacity did not decrease in the condition of the low rate of reinforcement corrosion of members, but the fatigue life of members greatly decreased and the influence of presplitting cracks on local corrosion was significant. In the case of corrosion fatigue, the fatigue life of members differed with the difference in corrosion circumstances. The fatigue life of members was the least in salt circumstances.
