表曝工艺技术处理生活污水小型试验

摘　　要：表曝工艺技术是一种以活性污泥为主体的生化处理技术。本文在用表曝技术处理生活污水过程中进行理论分析的基础上，试验研究了曝气叶轮的转速、pH值、污泥沉降比、污泥负荷率等对生活污水处理效果的影响。结果表明：对大庆油田的生活污水，当污泥负荷率为0．2～0．3kg（BOD5）／kg（MLSS）·d，pH为6．0～8．0，溶解氧为0．5～2．0mg／L，污泥沉降比为15％～20％时，经表曝工艺技术处理后，BOD5和SS的去除率在90％以上，CODcr的去除率在75％以上。Surface aeration technology is a biochemical treatment technique taking activation sludge as the main body. On the basis of theory analysis of treating domestic sewage by using surface aeration technique,this article tests the influence to the domestic sewage treatment by turning speed,pH valve of aeration impeller, sludge settlement ratio and.sludge load rate. Test result for Daqing oilfield domestic sewage shows that: while the sludge load rate is 0. 2~ 0- 3kg(BOD5) /kg(MLSS)d,pH valve is 6. 0~ 8. 0, dissolved oxygen is 0.5 ~ 2. 0mg/L,sludge settlement rate is 15 % ~20%,after tereated by surface aeration technology,the removal rate of BOD5 and SS is over 90%, the removal rate of CODcr is over 75%
