摘　　要：作者通过探讨世界证券期货交易所公司化改革的趋势与内在动因，认为交易所之间的竞争、电子信息技术的发展和融资便利是交易所公司化的直接原因，总结了公司化后交易所自律监管的三种模式，提出了我国交易所公司化改革的具体战略步骤。The author studies the intrinsic clause and tendency of companization reform of global stock exchanges, holds that competition between stock exchanges, development of electronic and information technology and financing convenience are the direct clauses of the companization reform of stock exchanges,summarizes the three self- discipline and supervision modes of stock exchanges after the companization and puts forward strategic steps of Chinese stock exchanges＇companization.
