运脾止泻颗粒抗腹泻主要药效学研究

摘　　要：目的观察运脾止泻颗粒抗腹泻的主要药效。方法小鼠随机分为4组,运脾小、大剂量组,空白组,阳性对照组(脾可欣)。各组预防性给药,连续灌胃6d;观察运脾止泻颗粒对正常小鼠胃排空、小肠推进的影响,对新斯的明导致小鼠小肠运动亢进的影响,对番泻叶所致腹泻的影响。结果运脾止泻颗粒对正常胃排空没有影响,运脾大、小剂量组能抑制正常小肠和新斯的明所致亢进小肠的推进速度,运脾小剂量组对番泻叶引起腹泻有明显对抗作用。结论运脾止泻颗粒具有抗腹泻作用。Objective To observe the anti - diarrhea effect of Yunpizhixie Granules. Method To divide mice randomly into four groups ： the group with low-dose of Yunpizhixie Granules （ group 1 ）, the group with highdose of Yunpizhixie Granules （ group 2）, the blank group and the control group （ with Pikexin Powder）. The groups were given Yunpizhixie Granules orally respectively for 6 days. Then the influences of Yunpizhixie Granules were observed on the stomach depletion, small intestine peristalsis in normal mice, on the mouse heperanakinesia of small intestine induced by neostigmine, and on diarrhea induced by senna. Result Yunpizhixie Granules had no effect on normal stomach depletion. The normal small intestine peristalsis and the hyperanakinesia of small intestine induced by neostigmine were inhibited in group 1 and 2. The diarrhea induced by senna was antagonized significantly in group 1. Conclusion Yunpizhixie Granules has an effect of anti-diarrhea.
