通关开窍针刺法治疗缺血性中风早期偏瘫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过现代康复评定方法研究通关开窍针刺法治疗缺血性中风早期偏瘫的临床疗效。方法将入选的60例缺血性中风患者随机分为通关开窍组30例,对照组30例。对照组治疗按BNC脑血管病临床指南用药规范治疗。通关开窍组在药物规范治疗的基础上,早期进行通关开窍针刺法治疗,疗程30d。治疗前后行简式Fugl-Meyer评分与Barthel指数评价。结果治疗第15天,Fugl-Meyer评分通关开窍组与对照组比较(P<0.05)有显著性差异,Barthel指数2者未见显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗第30天,Fugl-Meyer评分通关开窍组较对照组有明显提高(P<0.01),Barthel指数2者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通关开窍针刺法结合药物规范治疗缺血性中风早期偏瘫患者疗效肯定,发挥了协同作用。Objective To study by modern rehabilitation evaluation the curative effect of acupuncture method of easing joint movement and opening orifices on early hemiparalysis induced by ischemic stroke. Method To divide randomly 60 cases of ischemic stroke into the treatment group （ n = 30 ） and the control group （ n = 30）. The control group was treated according to BNC Practice Guidelines of Cerebrovascular Diseases and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture method of easing joint movement and opening orifices besides above treatment. The treatment course was 30 days. The evaluation of Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index were given to two groups before and after the treatment. Results On 15th day there was a significant difference in Fugl-Meyer score between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but no difference in Barthel index （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. On 30th day Fugl-Meyer score of the treatment group was increased significantly （P 〈0. 01 ） and there was a significant difference in Barthel index between two groups （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The acupuncture method of rices has a better effect combined and cooperated with BNC Guidelines on easing joint movement and opening oriearly hemiparalysis induced by ischemic stroke
