腹型过敏性紫癜患儿胃十二指肠黏膜的变化及其治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨腹型过敏性紫癜胃镜下胃肠黏膜的表现及相应的治疗方案。方法对72例确诊为腹型过敏性紫癜的患儿进行胃镜检查,并采用在静脉点滴西咪替丁或奥美拉唑同时,静脉点滴小剂量激素。结果腹型过敏性紫癜72例患儿胃镜检查中,胃炎9例;十二指肠炎19例;胃及十二指肠炎34例;溃疡10例。经药物治疗,治愈48例(66.7%),好转23例(31.9%),无效1例,总有效率98.6%。结论腹型过敏性紫癜患儿胃镜下表现为胃、十二指肠黏膜充血、肿胀、结节、糜烂,甚至溃疡。采用综合治疗,提高本病治疗的治愈率。Objective To study the appearance of stomach and intestines mucous of anaphylactoid purpura abdominalis infants in gastroscopy and relevant treatment schemes. Methods Seventy - two cases diagnosed anaphylactoid purpura abdominalis were exa rain ed by gastroscopy, and treated by western medicine. Results Seventy - two cases were separately： 9 cases of gastritis; 19 cases of duodenit is, 34 casas of gastritis and duodenitis, 10 cases of ulcer. After treatment, 48 cases healed （66.7 % ） ; 23 cases bettered （ 31.9 % ） ; inefficacy： 1 case. Total efficacy： 98.6%. Conclusions In children with anaphylactoid purpura abdominalis,the appearance of stomach and intestines mucous is blioodshotting, swelling, tubercle, dissipated, and even ulcer is regarded as critical symptom. With integrative treatment using, hormone＇s side-effects lessen and efficiency of treating disease can be improved.
