摘　　要：城市用地变化是世界各国特别是发展中国家城市研究中的一个焦点问题.利用多主体系统(MAS)技术,从城市用地演变机制出发,研究建模思路和方法,利用RePast软件和GIS空间数据库,初步构造了一个模拟城市用地演变的模型.Urban land-use change has been a focus problem all over the world, especially for the developing countries. We try to use the multi-agent system （MAS） to model the urban land-use changed. By studying the mechanism of urban land use evolvement, we put forwards the thinking of modeling,and an urban land-use change model is built primarily based on the RePast software and GIS spatial database.
