四溴苯酐阻燃剂的合成研究

摘　　要：开发的四溴苯酐制备方法是 ,在 SO3为 2 0 %～ 65%的发烟硫酸中用溴和苯酐反应 ,溴和苯酐的摩尔比 2～ 2 .1∶ 1 ,反应温度 80～ 1 50℃ ,稍过剩的 SO3及少量的铁和碘各自作为氧化剂和催化剂 ,不通入氯气。A method was developed for synthsizing tetrabromophthalic anhydride by reaction of bromine with phthalic anhydride in a molar ratio of 2.02 to 2..09∶1, at temperature 80 to 150 ℃. In order to carry out the method, in a little excess of sulphur trioxide (in the form of 20% to 65% oleum) was necessary, and a small quanlity of Fe and iodine were used as oxidant and catalyst respectively. No chlorine was introduced.
