新型塑料润滑剂YI的合成与应用

摘　　要：在分析国产 ABS润滑剂 N,N 亚乙基双硬脂酰胺 (商品名 XI)结构的基础上 ,提出了合成新型塑料润滑剂 YI的方法。其合成条件是 :硬脂酸∶乙二胺∶抗氧剂 =1∶ 0 .1 2∶ 0 .0 1 (重量比 ) ,反应温度≮ 1 80℃ ,反应时间 8h,催化剂 X加入量为硬脂酸加入量的 0 .0 5%。 YI经厂家用于生产 ABS、PVC电缆料、PVC注塑级塑料和 PVC薄膜的结果表明 ,制品的光泽优于 XI。The synthetic method of a new type plastics lubricating agent YI raised which are based upon the fact that analyzed structure of N,Nethylidene distearamide(commercial name XI). The synthetic condition of YI are as following as:stearic acid∶ethylene diamine∶antioxidant=1∶0.12∶0.01(weight ratio); reaction temperature ≮180 ℃; reaction time 8 hours; according to quantity of stearic acid, quantity of catalyst X is 0.05%,ABS, PVC cable material, PVC injection moulding, PVC film were produced by YI as lubricating agent. It showed that lustre of plastic preparation products excels that of XI.
