双周期厚度调制的一维光子晶体的带隙结构

摘　　要：计算了厚度调制的双周期一维光子晶体的色散关系和透射谱。其能带可以分为两类,较宽的子能带,其透射谱由准连续的带组成,对应的布洛赫光学模具有扩展的性质。特窄的子能带,与透射谱中尖锐的透射峰相对应,其布洛赫光学模具有强局域的特点。We have studied the dispersion and optical transmission spectra of the dual -periodic one -dimensional photonic crystals. There are two types of the sub - bands ： the wider bands and the narrow bands . In the wider bands the transmission spectra are composed of broad quesicontinuous band and the corresponding photon Bloch modes have an extended character. The narrow bands shows a very sharp peak in the transmission spectra and the corresponding photon Bloch modes are strongly localized.
