摘 要:针对中国农业大学工学院研制的2ZPY H5 30型水稻钵苗行栽机在生产应用中出现的秧苗机械损伤问题,对其关键部件———自动输秧拔秧机构进行了分析研究。以秧苗倾角为目标函数建立了秧苗拔取过程的数学模型,并对自动输秧拔秧装置的结构尺寸进行了参数优化。优化结果为:当输秧辊与拔秧辊的水平中心距h1为180mm ,输秧辊与上拔秧辊间的垂直圆心距h2 为12 0mm ,上下拔秧辊半径r为5 0mm时,秧苗拔取倾角β为13 7°。通过摄像设备对改进后的输秧拔秧装置的拔秧过程进行了观察,结果表明被拔出的秧苗没有发生明显的机械损伤,达到预期的优化设计目的。An auto-transporting and -evulsing mechanism for potted rice seedlings was developed to overcome the shortcoming of seedlings damage during evulsing of the 2ZPY-H530 potted rice seedling transporter made in CAU, Taking the seedling bend angle as the objective function, the math model of the potted-seedling process was built, and the structural parameters of this mechanism were optimized. The optimized parameters are that the distance between the horizontal centers of the transport mechanism and the evulsing mechanism is hi = 180 mm; that between the vertical centers h2 = 120 mm; the radius of evulsing mechanism r = 50 mm; and the seedling bend angle β=13.7°. The observation of the working process of the new mechanism showed that the damages on the seedlings were not found, and the evulsing performance was improved.
