摘  要:采用植物解剖学方法对库尔勒香梨果实石细胞形成过程和分布状况进行观察研究,结果表明,库尔勒香梨果实中石细胞从花后15 d开始形成,随着时间的推移石细胞的直径和密度逐渐增大,花后110 d左右直径达到最大值,花后50 d左右密度达到高峰,之后随着果实的增大与成熟度的提高,石细胞团的密度表现下降的趋势。石细胞的分布特点是石细胞团以近果心和近果皮处分布密度高,直径大,中层果肉中石细胞团密度低,直径小。与其它品种相比,成熟库尔勒香梨的石细胞团密度最低,含有较大石细胞的含量相对较少,肉质较细。The Stone cell formation and distribution in the fruits of Kuerler fragrant pear were anatomically examined, which showed that the fruits of Kuerler fragrant pear began to form stone cells fifteen days after full bloom and the diameter and density of the stone cells gradually increased with time with their peaks appearing 110 days and 50 days after full bloom; thereafter, the stone cell density tended to decline as the fruits increased in size and came toward maturity. The stone cells were large in diameter and dense in density near the centra and pericarp but small in diameter and low in density in the middle flesh. Compared with other varieties, Kuerler fragrant pear had the fruits with the lowest stone-cell density and a smaller number of large-size stone cells and fine flesh.
