摘  要:以一年生盆栽刺槐无性系BH327和BH56为材料,对盐胁迫下刺槐无性系生长和矿质营养平衡进行了研究。结果表明:盐胁迫下BH56生长受抑不明显,组织水平上K+、C a2+、M g2+保持较高水平,尤其是在高盐下上部叶片对C a2+、M g2+的选择性吸收增强;而BH327的生长受盐胁迫明显的抑制,组织水平上K+、C a2+、M g2+水平相对较低,在高盐下上部叶片对C a2+、M g2+的选择性吸收能力低于BH56。同时,从体内离子分配及选择性运输角度讨论了各无性系盐伤害或耐盐的原因。The growth and mineral nutrient balance of black locust clones were studied with one-year potplanted black locust clones, BH327 and BH56. The results showed that BH56 was not remarkably inhibited bysalt stress and its tissues, maintained high K^+ , Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ levels and its leaves in particular presented strengthened selective Ca^2+ and Mg^+ uptakes at high salt concentrations; on another hand, BH327 was remarkably inhibited by salt stress and concentrations, its leaves presented a lower Ca^2+-and Mg2^+ -absorbing capability than the leaves of BH56.This study dealt with the reasons of the salt damage or tolerances of black locust clones in terms of ion allocation and selective transport in their bodies.
