动力髋螺钉治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的手术风险及疗效

摘　　要：[目的]探讨动力髋螺钉治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的手术并发症,并评价其疗效。[方法]对采用AO动力髋螺钉治疗的65岁以上老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的手术并发症进行统计学分析,并评价其随访疗效。[结果]围手术期并发症发生率为17.2%。经过术后8～42个月(平均26.5个月)的随访,并发症发生率为16.4%,优良率为87.9%。[结论]动力髋螺钉治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折可获得满意疗效,积极的围手术期处理是手术安全实施的必要条件。[Objective] To determine risk and curative effect in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures in aged patients with dynamic hip screw（DHS）.[Method]The complications of patients over 65 years old with intertrechanteric femoral fractures who were operated by DHS were statistically analyzed. A total of 128 cases were followed up and the curative effects were determined with the assess system of hip.[ ReSult] The peri-operative rate of complications was 17.2% ; 128 cases were followed up for average 26.5 months （ 8 months to 42 months）, the post-operative rate of complications was 16.4%, 87.9% of patients obtained excellent result. [ Conclusion] For intertrochanteric femoral fractures in aged patients, DHS is a satisfying curative treating method . An active peri-operative management is necessary for this procedure.
