摘 要:在BaTiO3瓷的基础上加入SrTiO3,CaCO3,Bi2O3.3TiO2等,以合理工艺制度,烧制成具有(1-z)(Ba1-x-ySrxCay)TiO3.z(Bi2O3.3TiO2)化学形式的瓷料。通过正交实验法研究了不同添加剂对该系统高压陶瓷电容器材料性能的影响,同时在此基础上进一步优化配方,得到了介电常数可调、综合性能较佳的瓷料配方,其中介电常数较高、性能较好的配方为:0.97(Ba0.6Sr0.3Ca0.1)TiO3.0.03(Bi2O3.3TiO2),其性能为:εr=3802,tanδ=4.2×10-3,Eb=9.2 kV.mm-1;介电损耗最低、耐压强度最大的配方为:0.96(Ba0.45Sr0.4Ca0.15)TiO3.0.04(Bi2O3.3TiO2)其性能为:rε=2089,tanδ=6×10-4,Eb=16.9 kV.mm-1。The SrTiO3, Bi2O3·3TiO2 and CaTiO3 were added to the BaTiO3-based high voltage ceramic capacitor materials, and the formula ( 1-z ) ( Ba1-x-y SrxCay)TiO3·z (Bi2O3·3TiO2) was gotten. The effect of the formula with various values of x, y, and z on the dielectric properties was investigated by means of orthogonal design experimentation. Then the prescriptions were further optimized on the base of orthogonal design experimentation. The proper formula 0. 97(Ba0.6Sr0.3 Ca0.1 ) TiO3·0.03 ( Bi2O3·3TiO2 ) with high dielectric constant was obtained, whose dielectric properties are: εr=3802,tanδ=4.2×10^-3,Eb=9.2kV·mm^-1, and also the formula 0.96(Ba0.45Sr0.4 Ca0.15) TiO3·0.04 (Bi2O3·3TiO2 )with low dielectric loss and high breakdown voltage, whose dielectric properties are: εr= 2089, tanδ = 6×10-4, Eb = 16.9 kV·mm^-1.
