摘  要:使用工业偏钛酸为前驱体,在磷酸介质中借助于水热合成方法,制备了二氧化钛纳米颗粒。通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、光催化活性检测仪等手段对所得的样品的形貌、晶型结构及光催化降解亚甲基蓝的性能进行了研究。结果表明,颗粒的形貌近似球形,所制得的产品均为锐钛矿相,在90℃下得到的纳米二氧化钛颗粒粒径为9 nm,随着温度的升高得到的纳米晶粒逐渐变大(约17 nm),且所得产品降解亚甲基蓝的能力较强。Anatase TiO2 nanoparticles with high photocatalytic tanic activity were d raw materi prepared using precursor in H3PO4 medium by metati hydrothermal synthesis method. The prepared samples were separated and dried. The phase components, the morphologies, grain sizes and structure of the products were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electronic microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. Photocatalytic activity was evaluated by PCC-2 photocatalysis evaluation checker. The results show that the TiO2 nanoparticles obtained are sphere-like and the average diameter is about 9 nm (at 90℃). The photocatalytic activities of films with TiO2 nanoparticles obviously exceed that of commercial TiO2 photocatalyst for photocatalytic oxidation decomposition of the methylene blue under UV light irradiation.
