摘　　要：In order to amplify the partial bcl-2 gene of goose,we designed a pair of primers according to the reported chicken bcl-2 gene sequence in the GenBank,and obtained the gene by reverse transcript-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Then the gene was cloned into pMD-18T vector and identified by PCR.The nucleotide and amino acid sequences of goose partial bcl-2 gene were compared with the counterpart sequences of chicken,and the nucleotide homology was 92.49%.This is the first report of bcl-2 partial nucleotide sequence of goose.In order to amplify the partial bcl-2 gene of goose, we designed a pair of primers according to the reported chicken bcl-2 gene sequence in the GenBank, and obtained the gene by reverse transcript-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）.
