摘  要:化学吞吐是稠油油藏开发的一条新途径。该方法是将化学吞吐液从原油生产井注入油层,利用化学吞吐液与原油之间的低界面张力特性,使高粘度的稠油乳化,产生低粘度的水包油型乳状液,增加原油流动性能,提高油井产能来增加原油产量。本文通过实验室试验筛选出了STQ-1化学吞吐液配方,并对配方在实验室进行了评价。该配方与胜利油田某种原油具有超低界面张力,低于1.0×10-3mN/m,具有良好的原油乳化降粘效果和粘土稳定性。室内吞吐模拟试验表明,该吞吐液能起到良好的吞吐采油作用。在胜利油田纯梁采油厂进行了现场吞吐实验,取得了成功,使油井从吞吐作业前的日产油0.2t增加到1.4t,在注水转注前累计增产原油60.0t。Chemical huff and puff is a new method for developing heavy oil reservoirs.It can emulsify heavy oil with high viscosity and generate oil in water emulsion with low viscosity by injecting the surfactant solution from oil well into the reservoir and making use of low interfacial tension between the solution and crude oil;therefore flow property of crude oil,productivity of oil well and oil production are enhanced.STQ 1 formulation of this surfactant is screened through laboratory tests.Evaluation of this formulation is done in the laboratory.Between the solution and a certain crude oil of Shengli oil field, there is extra low interfacial tension,which is lower than 1.0×10 -3 mN/m.The result of reducing viscosity by emulsifying and clay stability of this solution are well.The huff and puff modelling test in laboratory shows that this huff and puff surfactant acts well on huff and puff production.Field test is conducted in Chunliang Oil Production Plant of Shengli oil field.It increases the production from 0.2 t/d before huff and puff to 1.4 t/d.The cumulative increased production before water flooding is 60.0 t.
