摘　　要：ＣＲＰ－１催化剂是新一代催化裂解制取低碳烯烃的催化剂，具有高活性、高水热活性稳定性和高强度的特点。本文描述了ＣＲＰ－１剂的研究开发、工业试生产和工业应用结果。在济南炼油厂１５万ｔ／ａ催化裂解装置上应用结果表明，在５４６℃反应温度下，液化气产率达４２．００％，丙烯产率可达１８．３２％，催化剂补充率（对原料）为０．６５ｋｇ／ｔ。CRP-1 catalyst is a new generation of DCC (Deep Catalytic Cracking) catalyst forlight olefin production, which possessing higher activity, better hydrothermal stability, higher attrition resistance and lower catalyst make up rate in comparison with the CHP-1 catalyst. The research and development work of CRP-1 and the results of the commercial application are presented.
