摘　　要：笔者依据我国法律、法规对校园学生人身伤害赔偿的范围及赔偿标准作以论述,认为校园学生人身伤害赔偿应包括财产损害赔偿、身体损害赔偿和精神损害赔偿以及学生受教育权的赔偿,为我国出台《校园学生伤害赔偿法》提供些许理论依据。According to our country law and regulations on human body disservice indemnification and indemnification standard of campus students, this paper holds that Human body disservice indemnification of campus students should include the property indemnity, body indemnity and spirits indemnity and so on ,offering some theory basis to the outset of the Law of Campus Students Disservice Indemnification.
