摘 要:考察了正辛烷在钯负载的NISMM、HM、HY和CLS催化剂上异构化的催化活性和产物分布以及Pd/NiSMM催化活性的稳定性和抗硫、抗氛中毒能力,并用催化剂的酸性质对试验数据进行了解释。试验结果表明,Pd/NiSMM具有优良的正辛烷异构化催化活性、选择性和稳定性,其抗硫、抗氛中毒能力也很强,抗硫中毒能力优于Pd/HM催化剂。The correlation and comparison between acidic properties of HM,NiSMM,HY,and GLS and catalytic behaviors of Pd/HM, Pd/NisMM Pd/HY and Pd/CLS were studied. Stability and resistance to S--and N--containing poisons were mvestigated on Pd/NiSMM. It is found that for nparaffin isomerization,the conversion depends on the amount of acidic sites on the catalyst surface,and the selectivity on the strength distribution of acidlc sites. Pd/NiSMM is a suitable catalyst for n --octane isomerization. No deactivation of the catalyst was observed within 100 hours of time--on--stream. Pd/NiSMM is also resistant to S-and N--containing poisons.
