端面起爆聚能切割射流穿深的估算与实验

摘　　要：针对某些管子切割施工条件苛刻、常规切割技术无法实施的情况，选择端面起爆聚能切割方法，设计了切断２１９ｍｉｎ×２０ｍｍ及１１４ｍｍ×５ｍｍ钢管的聚能爆炸切割器。采用工程算法对其切深进行估算，结果与资料基本相符，有一定参考价值。该切割器加工方便，成本低廉。应用该切割器进行爆炸切割钢管实验，切割效果很好，能安全可靠地达到切割目的。该切割器还可用于石油管道的交接切割等情况。Viewing that there are difficulties in cutting steel pipes under several conditions, a jet cutter is designed for cutting the pipes of 219 min× 20 mm and 114 mm × 5 mm. The cutter is involving exploding at end. The penetration depth of the cutter is estimated roughly. Experimental study of the cutter shows that the effect is satisfied.
