摘　　要：简要介绍蛋氨酸的2种主要生产工艺及国内外蛋氨酸的生产现状,重点评述国内蛋氨酸市场现状。我国蛋氨酸的生产能力有限,但需求量较大,目前主要依赖进口,预计到2010年我国的蛋氨酸需求将达到10万t/a。通过对我国蛋氨酸的技术、设备、市场等方面优势的分析,指出开发具有自主知识产权的蛋氨酸生产技术才是我国蛋氨酸行业的发展方向。Two main technologies for methionine production and its production situations at home and abroad are briefly introduced, the status quo of methionine market in our country is reviewed emphatically in detail. The production capacity of methionine in China is limited, but its demand is large. At present, the shortage in supply is balanced by mainly import in China, and demand of methionine is going to reach 100 thousand tons per year by 2010. Based on the analysis of advantages such as technology, equipment and market of methionine, it is pointed out that the development of production technology with own intellectual property is the key task for China＇ s methionine industry.
