摘 要:目的探讨和评价消除丝虫病残存传染源的防治措施及效果. 方法加强病原学监测,实施综合性防治.结果全省共监测3 468 505人次,完成对象治疗、全民服药728 485人、全民服海群生药盐14 077 860人,全省各流行区从基本消灭丝虫病至完全消除残存传染源平均为2.41年,明显短于丝虫病阻断传播阈值研究观察5~6年自然转阴时间. 结论监测和防治并重,加速了消除丝虫病残存传染源.Objective To eliminate the residual filarial source of infection and carry out filarials surveillance in Henan Province. Methods Priorities were put on pathogenic surveillance, at the same time, other comprehensive measures were adopted. Restilts Totally, pathogenic investigations covering 3 468 505 person and times were conducted; and 728 485 persons were treated with diethylcarbamazine (DEC)( including treatment of fdarial patients and mass treatment) ; In addition, 14 077 860 persons were treated with DEC - medicated salt. By using these methods, the average duration from filariasis basic control to the elimination of this disease in all endemic areas in Henan Province was only 2.41 years, apparendy shorter than the duration (5 ~ 6 years) of the study on the observation of interruptive transmission of filariasis. Conclusion Pathogenic monitoring combined with drug treatment is a very effective strategy for quicldy elimination of the residual filarial source of infection.
