摘 要:目的以MDCK细胞及小鼠流感肺炎模型为基础,观察不同浓度银翘散煎剂对流感病毒导致细胞病变的抑制作用和改善小鼠肺炎严重程度的情况,评价古方银翘散对甲1型流感病毒的抑制作用. 方法接种甲1型流感病毒于MDCK细胞,观察银翘散体外抗流感病毒作用;以甲1型病毒滴鼻感染小鼠,观察对肺指数、病毒致小鼠死亡率等的影响.结果银翘散的最大无毒浓度为1.13 g.L-1,100 TCID50病毒攻击量下,银翘散(在0.52~66 g.L-1浓度下)在MDCK细胞对甲1型流感病毒FM1株均无明显的抑制作用.银翘散对流感病毒致小鼠肺炎的抑制作用,其40、20、10 mg.kg-1三个剂量组的肺指数分别为1.35、1.36、1.52,其中银翘散40、20mg/kg两个剂量组与病毒对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01);银翘散100mg.kg-1与病毒对照组相比,在死亡保护率和平均存活时间均有统计学的差异显著性(P<0.05).结论银翘散可改善流感病毒引起的小鼠肺炎症状,延长生命率,对甲1型流感病毒感染小鼠有死亡保护作用,对病毒性感冒显示了较好的疗效.Objective To study anti - influenza virus effect of Yinqiaosan both in vivo and in vitro. Methods In vitro, influenza virus FM1 were inoculated into MDCK cells, the antivirul effects of extract of Yinqiaosan were observed. In vivo, the impacts on lung index, death rate of mice infected with influenza virus were observed in the mice infected with virus. Results The experiment in vitro showed that the extract of Yinqiaosan at the concentration of from 0.52 ~ 66 g. L^- 1 can not inhibit the cytopathie effect of influenza virus At strains cultured in MDCK cells. Experiments in vivo showed that Yinqiaosan at the concentrations of 40mg. kg%^- 1 and 20 mg.kg^-1 for the intranasal treatment markedly inhibited the lung consolidation of mice pneumonia caused by the infection of influenza virus. The extract of Yinqiaosan at the concentration of 100mg. kg^- 1 prolonged the survival time of mice infected with influenza virus. Conclusion Yinqiaosan is markedly effective for treatment of infection with influenza virus.
