海南省结核病防治规划执行情况调查

摘　　要：目的评价结核病防治规划的执行情况,发现存在的问题,为政府决策提供科学依据.方法对<海南省结核病防治规划(2001～2010)>2003年阶段评估资料进行汇总分析. 结果95%的市县政府制定了结核病防治规划,2001～2003年结核病防治经费到位率分别为93.0%、90.0%、70.7%;可疑症状病人转诊率为42.7%.2001年1月1日～2003年9月30日共发现传染性肺结核病人9 320例,占2001～2005年规划目标任务的43.6%. 结论进一步加强结核病控制工作刻不容缓.Objective To evaluate the TB control programme implementation and to identify the constraints and difficulties precluding the tuberculosis control. Methods The data from the project of 2001 - 2010 Hainan provincial tuberculosis control programme conducted in 2003 were analyzed. Results 95 % of the city and county governments had developed their TB control programs.The governmental TB control funds had been offered eventually 93,0% ,90.0% and 70,7% in 2001,2002 and 2003 respectively .42.7% of the suspected patients had been referred to tuberculosis control stmion by physicians in general hospital .9320 infectious TB patients had been detected from January 2001 to September 2003 accounted for 43.6% of the case finding target in the 5 - year - plan（2001 - 2005）. Conclusion It is urgent to strengthen the TB control in Hainan province,
