社会支持对精神分裂症患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的了解社会支持对精神分裂症患者康复的影响,为精神科护理人员开展健康教育提供依据。方法应用社会支持评价量表(SSRS)、住院患者护士观察量表(NOSIE)对96例精神分裂症患者进行评定。结果NOSIE总分与SSRS总分及各维度分呈正相关。SSRS总分与NOSIE量表中的社会能力、社会兴趣、个人卫生因子分及总积极分呈正相关。对支持的利用度与NOSIE量表中的退缩因子分、抑郁因子分、总消极分呈负相关。结论社会支持及对支持的利用度对精神分裂症患者的社会能力、社会兴趣、个人卫生起积极的作用,社会支持的利用度下降与患者的退缩有关。护士应加强精神分裂症患者及家属的健康教育,帮助其获得社会支持及提高对社会支持的利用,才能提高患者社会功能、兴趣,延缓衰退。Objective To understand the effect of social support on rehabilitation of the patients with schizophrenia. Methods Nity-six schizophrenia patients were evaluated by using social support rating scale （SSRS） and nurses＇ observation scale for inpatient evaluation （NOSIE）. Results There was a positive correlation between total scores of NOSIE and total scores of SSRS, every dimension score. Total scores of social support had a positive correlation with the social ability, social interesting, personal health factor scores and total active scores of NOSIE. The utility of social support had a negative correlation with recessive, depression factor score and total inactive scores. Conclusion Social support and its utility play positive roles in social ability, social interesting and personal health of schizophrenia patients. The reduced utility of social support can result in recession of patients. Nurses should strengthen the health education to patients and their relatives, help the patients obtain social support and enhance its utility, so as to improve social function and interesting of the patients.
