摘　　要：经尿囊腔接种、钝端垂直进针接种和长轴中点垂直进针接种3种途径,对有 MD母源抗体的18日龄鸡胚免疫接种 MD 疫苗(HVT),结果表明不同免疫途径胚胎接种均有效,但以钝端垂直进针组的孵化率和健雏率最高,并有利于机械化和自动化操作。胚胎免疫接种HVT 不会降低孵化率和健雏率。8 day-old Chicken embryo with MD antibody from mother chicken were immunized HVT by 3 methods:allantoic cavity inoculation,vertical injection inoculation at blunt end and vertical injection inoculation at long axis midpoint.The result shows:different immunization methods are all effective,but the incubation rate and healthy chick rate of the group by vertical injection at blunt end are best and is favourable to mechanized and automat- ic operation.Embryo immunization of HVT will not reduce incubation rate and healthy chick rate.
